Dr. Patricia Folcarelli, Vice President for Health Care Quality at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Lecturer on Medicine at Harvard Medical School. She is a nurse researcher who has focused her scholarly work on the practice of respect in healthcare, evaluating the impact of Apology and Disclosure Programs, and understanding how we should measure the safety of care. She is the current board chair for (MITSS) -Medically Induced Trauma Support Services, and President of the Massachusetts Society for Healthcare Risk Management. She will be presenting on healing and supporting clinicians and providers after medical error.
