You can now use our online form to reserve a study room. Reserve a room from anywhere you have internet access.

Reserve a Boston Library Study Room Online
Select information about the time you want. Then, select one of the available rooms. Fill in the information and agree to the terms and conditions. Use the link in the email that you receive to confirm your reservation. You have 15 minutes to confirm it. Use QR code on the room or the link in the second email you receive to check into the room at the start of your reservation. You have 15 minutes to check in.
You can reserve rooms up to 7 days in advance. You can make 1 reservation per day. Study rooms are for groups. You will need to identify at least one other person in your group.

For the moment, this system is only available for the Henrietta DeBenedictis Library on the Boston Campus. We anticipate expanding it to the MCPHS Campus Library in Manchester in the Spring. Until then, no reservations are necessary for the group study rooms in Manchester. People can simply use them as long as no one else is already using them. The Blais Family Library on the Worcester Campus does not have group study rooms.
