Overseeing the Instructional Support team, Mary works to ensure that faculty and staff are able to develop and deliver engaging and effective instruction.  With a technical background and extensive online learning experience from a student's perspective, she hopes to demystify the bits and bytes and help faculty embrace opportunities to reach their students in a variety of ways to meet both the learning objectives of their course and the needs of the learners.

As a key member of the Academic Affairs/Provost Office, Lisa oversees all aspects of faculty development and academic affairs.  She provides strategic leadership for the Office of Faculty Development, collaborating with faculty and staff to support faculty development and teaching and learning excellence.

If you need technical support (i.e. something is broken, or you're seeing an error message), remember that Information Services (IS) supports the technological needs of all MCPHS students, faculty and staff, keeping the University community connected 24/7. Whether you need help on campus or remotely, their dedicated and highly-trained staff is available via phone, e-mail and at each physical campus to provide computer, software and account assistance.
