Outlook screenshot with both mail window and calendar windows shownMicrosoft Outlook is the default mail/calendar program for MCPHS. It can be accessed both online through MCPHS's organizational Outlook link and through the Outlook desktop and mobile apps.

Using the Desktop app

The desktop Outlook app provides the most functionality of the versions available to you, so it is worth setting up to get the most out of your MCPHS email and calendar.

Resources from Microsoft Support

Microsoft’s support website is a good resource for finding help with using the various Office programs. The list of hyperlinks below will direct you to articles (with accompanying videos) from Microsoft’s training site that should answer many of the basic questions you will have about using the Outlook desktop app:

Outlook on the web

As mentioned earlier, Outlook on the web can be accessed through MCPHS's organizational Outlook link. The layout and basic functionality is very similar to the Outlook Desktop app, but Microsoft does have documentation specific to the web version available.
