Faculty Support from Echo360

PointSolutions' parent company, Echo360 has the following resources available to help faculty who have questions about using the product:

  • PointSolutions Instructor Knowledgebase. This knowledgebase has a number of articles designed to answer questions you might have about both the desktop and web-based version of PointSolutions, including how to create polls, run them in class or online, and taking attendance.
  • PointSolutions Support Contact Form. If you want to contact a support person directly, fill out this form and a support representative will be in touch.

Student Support from Echo 360

PointSolutions' parent company, Echo360, has the following resources available to help student who have questions about using the product:

  • PointSolutions Participant Knowledgebase. This knowledgebase has a number of articles designed to answer questions you might have about using PointSolutions as a participant, including how to log in to a polling session and how to respond to a poll using both the mobile app and the web interface.
  • PointSolutions Support Contact Form. If you want to contact a support person directly, fill out this form and a support representative will be in touch.
  • Student Chat. Echo 360 has a dedicated chat service for students and polling participants using their products. Use this to get help right away.
