Find the journal on the publishers website
Choose the section that says About the journal or Authors information

What does it contain?:

The aim and scope of the journal. The intended audience.
The type of content that is published. Examples: Original work, reviews, case reports, protocols, commentary
The technical requirements. Word limits, maximum number of references limits, specifics on Tables, Figures and Graphs and more
The required citation style.
The submission process.
