Comprehensive glossaries that contain important terminology.
On this guide we have included some resources that we recommend, but are not available at MCPHS. We have set up the link for these items to redirect to WorldCat so you can find it at your local library!
There are many other libraries that have created guides relating to anti-racism, anti-oppression, racial injustice, social justice, health disparities, health equity, and the medical field, and have demonstrated how these guides should be designed. This guide drew its main inspiration from Indiana University School of Medicine's Anti-Racism, Inequity, and Implicit Bias in Healthcare Guide, NYU Health Sciences Library's Race and Racism in Medicine Guide (created by Juliana Magro), and Kansas City University's Racism in Medicine Resources Guide.
