Boston Study Spaces Guide

Find the type of space that meets your current studying needs.

White Basement Study Lounge (WB21)

This 24 hour space has 2 doors and is lower than the hallway outside. You will either need to go down a small set of stairs or use the wheelchair lift. Inside is a variety of seating, printers, and desktop computers.

Henrietta DeBenedictis Library (2nd floor Matricaria)

The Library offers a large number of seating options, including high-top tables, soft couches, group study rooms, and study carrels. The space is open 24/7, but study rooms can only be booked when the Circulation Desk is open. There is also a Quiet Study space available for those needing to concentrate.

Technology Center (3rd Floor Matricaria)

Hours:

Monday – Thursday 7:30 a.m.-9 p.m.
Friday 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m.

Containing computer stations and printers, this space is available for studying and can help answer your technology questions.

Griffin Building Lobby

At main entrance to Griffin Building, so potentially a bit noisy during the day. This space is designed to be social, with a television and couch-style seating. Generally, it is quieter than the lobby areas in the other buildings. There are two printers located in this space.

Griffin Building Basement Lobby

In the basement of the Griffin building are a set of tables and computer stations. Drinks and snacks are also available from the vending machines in this space.
