Asking students and subject faculty to reflect on their learning and/or the teaching they observed is a great way to indirectly assess your teaching. While in-class activities directly demonstrate what students have learn, reflecting on learning via a post-session survey can make connections between new skills and other scenarios in which to apply them.
On this page you'll find few different versions of the questions:
A ready-made survey that MCPHS librarians can use to ask students these questions.
Instruction librarians can create a customized URL to get notified of new responses. These customized links will only work if your name has been added to a hidden question on this form and the link uses the same spelling, capitalization, and punctuation as that form.
Other people at MCPHS can ask to be added to the list.
