Bloom's taxonomy of cognitive learning objectives

by Shanti Freundlich on 2017-08-03T10:09:00-04:00 in Educational Technology | 0 Comments

According to Adams, Bloom's taxomony encourages instructors to think of learning objectives in behavioral terms - what can learners do as a result of instruction? It also highlights the need for building higher levels of cognitive skills into learning objects, so that students can learn to transfer knowledge and skills to a variety of tasks and contexts.
